Qualifications: Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA)

Prior to Jenks & Cattell Engineering, Martin spent 20 years as a Senior Finance Executive in a major multi-national electronics manufacturer.

Hobbies: Horse riding, Gardening and Walking.

Barry DownsBarry Downs
Position: Operations Director

Service at Jenks & Cattell Engineering – 3 years
Qualifications: HNC Engineering

Barry has been associated with engineering presswork all his working life. After completing his apprenticeship he worked in tool making and tool design before moving into the management side of the business.

Barry has worked closely with OEM’s: Toyota, MAN Trucks, Honda, Land Rover & Daimler Benz.

Hobbies: Walking, Swimming and Reading.

Nicholas GeorgeNicholas George
Position: Technical Sales Manager

Service at Jenks & Cattell Engineering – 13 years
Qualifications: City & Guilds, ONC

Nicholas has been in the Sales team for the last 11 years and prior to this he was a Project Engineer.

Hobbies: Clay Pigeon Shooting, Boating, Cooking and DIY.

Dave DawsonDavid Dawson
Position: Operations Manager

Service at Jenks & Cattell Engineering – 22 years

David started in the Stores and Warehouse and worked up to Warehouse Team Leader, then moved to Production Control and became Senior Production Controller, then Logistics Manager. Currently Operations Manager.

Hobbies: Gardening and Walking

Craig JeavonsCraig Jeavons
Position: Caterpillar Account Manager / Quality Manager

Service at Jenks & Cattell Engineering – 18 years
Qualifications: City & Guilds Craft Apprenticeship. Supervisory Management.

Craig started as Assistant Quality Manager and worked his way up to Quality Manager, then became Senior Project Manager, and then Technical Sales Manager and then to his current position.

Hobbies: Bird Watching
