Technical Pressings

We manufacture complex components with medium to high volume production runs on the AIDA Line and Progression Presses. High quality and accurate components are produced quickly.

General Pressings

We have presses from 10 tonne to 1,000 tonne which are capable of manufacturing simple and complex components at medium to high volumes.

Laser Fabrication

For low volume requirements we can cost effectively manufacture complex components with little tooling expenditure needed.

Welded Assemblies

We provide various types of welded services such as mig/tig spot, projection and CD welding utilising our highly skilled welders or our robotic welder for low to high volumes.

Functional Assemblies

We are able to meet all our customers’ stringent specifications for assembly and for any volumes.

Mechanical Assemblies

We are able to provide various types of mechanical assemblies including toxing and riveting.

Surface finishing

We are able to finish your components to perfection with a painting, plating and heat treatment service.
