The pressing tools are maintained to a high standard with regular inspection and maintenance in accordance with the number of blows. We also continually invest in the maintenance of our pressing machines to ensure a smooth production run every time.
We manufacture using lean production methods and are committed to our continuous improvement approach to manufacturing. The components are produced and delivered on time to meet our customers’ JIT requirements.
Low Production Costs
We either use existing or new pressing tools, if it is the latter we utilise our 5-year relationship with tooling suppliers in China. We have a successful track record of over 500 tools purchased from China with a saving of 40-50% compared to UK purchase.
