We are pleased to announce that both our ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations have now been successfully transitioned to the 2015 standards. Our accreditations cover the following activities: pressing, laser cut, welding of parts and general metal assemblies.
Jeremy King, Managing Director, said “this further cements our commitment to both quality and the environment in which we function.”
Craig Jeavons, Technical Director, stated that the transition from 2008 to 2015 resulted in all procedures being modified to cover the new clauses. We also used this opportunity to enhance some existing processes including strengthening our feasibility reviews and traceability process as a result of our newly introduced MRP system.
Speaking of the hard work in obtaining such highly thought of accreditations, Tracy added: “it was a team achievement by the entire workforce and all should be congratulated.”
Continuous investment from our Newship Group ownership allows the continuous enhancements within our factory and offices.
