We work to customer schedules and JIT demand, with 4-6 weeks stock being held where requested.
All customers are given a specific production controller to manage their stock control, material delivery and schedules to ensure JIT delivery performance. Communication is key between customer and production controller to ensure requirements are achieved for every delivery.
Each customer is given a dedicated shelving unit within our factory for stock, where customers are given the opportunity to call off their stock from schedules.
Customers parts and products are packaged to specification, from thousands of parts in containers, to individually wrapped components.
Jenks & Cattell Engineering work alongside customers to identify the most suitable packaging for their metal part, assessing material type, finish and product function. We are able to pack mass production quantity into customer specific boxes, pallets, containers as well as individually wrapping, bagging and masking parts to ensure the required finished is maintained upon delivery.

Our delivery times are scheduled to customer requirements, inclduing deliveries from 48 hours for laser cut blanks.
